51av is a video-sharing website that allows users to upload, share, and view various types of adult content. While 51av strives to verify content compliance, it may not achieve 100% accuracy.

51av follows these procedures to ensure compliance:

  2. Upon upload, users must verify the content; confirm they are at least 18 years old; and guarantee they retain records of the models featured in the content, all of whom are at least 18 years old.

  3. Information sufficient to permit 51av to contact the complaining party, including name, address, telephone number, and (if available) an email address at which the complaining party may be contacted;
  4. A statement by the complaining party that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. A statement by the complaining party that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
